GVS has complete quality control of eyewear fabricated in our union laboratories. These New York area affiliated GVS Laboratories employ stringent quality controls conforming to the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) All eyewear is Union processed and labeled.
GVS Provider Relations Department strictly monitors all Network Providers to ensure tht they adhere to the Quality Assurance and Standards required by GVS. Customer Survey Cards, given to every customer, are utilized to control and maintain our high quality of professional service, eyewear selection, store appearance and knowledgeable and helpful service. We employ “Secret Shoppers” to every GVS location on a continuing basis. They evaluate and submit a written report on all aspects of the store operation.
